Self-love is about appreciating who we are. It unconditionally accepts each part of us, with the whole package of good and not-so-good things. Unfortunately, we put conditions and timelines and invariably stay unhappy. Even attending a happiness class or a spa retreat may only help if deep-rooted conditioning is serving us. I teach my clients to love themselves, and the rest happens.
Pain, anger, and fear are misplaced energy. When it grows within us, it manifests as anxiety, stress-related issues and many other mental and physical ailments. Having a sense of inner clarity and diverting our energy towards growth and evolution means being at peace.
Anger stays when you are in an unconscious state. By applying The Mindful Yogi principles, you become aware of your anger. Mindfulness comes from awareness of every thought you think. When you are aware, you evolve; when you are evolved, you transform.
