About me.

Namaste, I am Vandana Jha, Holistic Well-being Coach.

As an introvert and extrovert, I can speak for hours or be silent for an entire day. For me, self-definition is about becoming that identity and attaching to it. But not defining myself allows me to be more flexible and flow with life. The identity given by people and society can become a burden, and this conditioning can become baggage.

So less about who I am and more about what I do.

The past 15 years of my career have been dedicated to understanding people and their minds. But I have also experienced a great deal of pain and trauma, which has been difficult to heal. However, my desire to heal has been more robust than the pain, which led me to begin my journey in well-being in 2014. Through mental health counselling, mindfulness, Yoga, ayurveda, modern nutrition and spirituality, I have healed myself and helped others do the same.

As a certified Mental Health Counsellor, I am constantly exploring new ways to help my clients understand their potential to heal. Yoga and mindfulness have been transformative for me, both personally and professionally. I have experienced how these practices can help people connect with their inner selves and realize their healing power. I help my clients to practice and share the same benefits that I have.

My vision is to help people connect with their inner-self and realize their healing power. The more I practice Yoga, the more I realize how interconnected we all are. The more I meditate, the more I understand my inner world and the potential for the bliss within us all.

At The MindfulYogi, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all for finding success and achieving our goals. Instead, we take a holistic and blended approach that includes elements of ancient wisdom, Yogic philosophy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology. This allows us to create a unique solution for each individual client.
