What is a Holistic and well-balanced lifestyle?

Conscious living happens when our body, mind and Awareness are working together. And a well-balanced and holistic lifestyle can be attained with mindful living. The key here is balance, not waiting for pleasure, working on getting rid of the pain, and accepting both with a broader understanding.

What do you mean by letting go?

Letting go means letting go of the patterns that do not allow us to move forward. A simple example can be our body image. We have a specific definition of body type for people of our age, and when our body does not fit into this definition, we start disliking our body.

What is self-image?

We all are personalities, and this personality is a result is many things from our past. Our memory, thoughts, actions, perception, and feelings. Our behaviour is based on this personality we have accumulated from various sources. These beliefs can be from parents, upbringing, schools, city, country, environment, and many other factors. There is a possibility that many such ideas about our inner self are not valid or based on perception. These beliefs create patterns, and we create an identity based on these patterns.

What are negative patterns?

If we do not like our bodies, taking steps towards a healthy lifestyle becomes more challenging. But when we love our body the way it is with many flaws, we start making changes to be in a comfortable space.

Do I have to eat ayurvedic food and quit non-veg?

We believe in empowering our clients, and we create the right ambience within ourselves. The inner self will guide you towards proper eating habits; it is entirely your choice to eat or quit non-vegetarian food. However, we start with a diet plan to bring Awareness and create an ambience.

What will the duration of the sessions be?

Each session will last for 1. 15 mins and will last once a week; however, daily, there will be a lot of activities and a direct connection on WhatsApp during the three months of coaching.

Can we do sessions in groups?

Mostly it’s individual coaching, but I do group sessions if you trust someone who is a friend/spouse or a family member. However, is there a need will schedule one or two individual sessions? The second person will get a 50% off.

Does your coaching involve only Yoga and meditation?

After Phase one, we work to create a balance. Physical activity is one of the aspects, and if someone wants to use any other mode like gyming, or swimming, it is always welcome.
