Healing

We help and empower my clients to follow a holistic, well-balanced lifestyle. And for this lifestyle, one needs to heal and let go of many patterns which are not aligned to serve them. The focus is on healing, so every tiny detail and thinking design is worked upon.

Three Month Coaching Methodology

In our three-month coaching methodology, I focus on body-mind and Awareness. Our relationship with food, rest and deep-rooted beliefs may not serve us towards our goal. We work on each of these in a very focused and tailored system for each client.

OUR 3 PHASE APPROACH

PHASE 01 

Understanding the Inner self.

Here we spend a lot of time understanding the beliefs, patterns, root cause, trauma, self-image, and the client's unlearning and more significant purpose. This phase is more about releasing, letting go and unlearning the old patterns blocking the path.

PHASE 2 

The Reset

Making the change is the priority in this phase. The food habits, sleep patterns, and many other aspects which need a reset are worked upon. A simple meal plan, mindful Awareness and many other techniques are crafted uniquely for each client.

PHASE 3 

The Application

In the final phase, I help my clients apply all the new dimensions they have been moving towards in the last two months. Much time is spent here on meditation and some Yogic techniques, which help reset and application.
